Common questions

Do I need to already be selling on Amazon?
No. We can onboard brands that are new to Amazon as well as those already selling. We handle the full setup regardless.
How does pricing work?
We operate on a commission-based model. Our fee is a percentage of sales — we only make money when you make money. Terms are agreed in writing before we start.
Will you work with competitors of brands already in your portfolio?
No. We maintain exclusivity within categories where we already have a partner brand. This protects every brand in our portfolio.
What categories do you work with?
We work across beauty, apparel, health & wellness, home goods, electronics, and food & beverage. We evaluate each brand individually regardless of category.
How do I get paid?
Payment terms are agreed in your authorized seller agreement. We provide monthly sales reports and process payments on a net-30 basis.
Can I end the partnership?
Yes. Our agreements include standard termination clauses with reasonable notice periods. We believe in partnerships that work for both sides.
